 Good morning! Just an update: this morning I tried on a pair of no-stretch jeans that I've been using whenever I ask myself "Is this working?" Last week I couldn't even get them up past my knees. Tried them on today, they're up, and I can get them closed. You're a magician
I generally don't wear shorts this short, but girl was I flaunting my thighs this week. Cellulites have greatly reduced. Still a lot to get rid off, but I just love the fact that I have come a long way. Thank you for helping me. 4:37 PM
#TURNING50FABULOUSANDFIT I'm so glad I crossed paths with Fitness with Femininity! I told Gerlind my mission is to be in the best shape of my life by my 50th birthday in 2 months. My goal is to lose approximately 15lbs and tone my body. After working out with her for 4 weeks, she has me well on my way. I always look forward to our workouts because I know each day will be something different. Gerlind has introduced me to exercises I've never done; targeting the areas / want most. Keeping my goals in mind, I appreciate how she pushes me to keep going. In addition to the workouts, the meal planning is great and something I know I will stick with going forward.
