Our Founder

Welcome to our fitness community! I'm Gerlind Anagho, an American Council of Exercise certified fitness trainer and devoted health enthusiast. My fascination with the movement of the human body began at a young age, leading me to pursue a Masters in Athletic Training. Passionate about education and sharing my knowledge through innovative exercise designs, I believe in empowering women to overcome common challenges in their fitness journey.

Having experienced firsthand the unique aspects of female anatomy, I understand the concerns and obstacles many women face, especially when it comes to issues like lower back pain. As a female trainer, I bring a personalized perspective to our approach because, let’s face it, our bodies aren’t designed like those of men.
At Fitness with Femininity, we focus on addressing these challenges head-on. Our dedicated team specializes in fat loss, strengthening, pre and postpartum, and geriatric training. My mission is to create a warm, inviting space where you not only achieve your fitness goals but also feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
